Was waiting all morning for this delivery. Stepped into the kitchen on the main floor to heat up lunch - Driver didn’t knock and waited 10 seconds for me to answer the door before slapping a sticker on my window. I go outside 20 seconds later and he’s pulling off and didn’t stop even though I waved him down. What a complete joke.
Kind, friendly and very knowledgeable staff
Lady was extremely Rude just repeating label or QR code over and over, all I asked if I could create a label there on the spot but she kept repeating label or qr with attitude. Didn’t even answer my question or helped at all whatsoever.
Poor costumer service I was trying to drop a box (Soundbar) and the kid just told me I’m sorry the box is too big we can’t take it have a nice day 👎🏻
