Advertise no box or label needed to return Amazon items, until you show up, and they will not take your item unless it's in a wrapped box. Wasted my time. Then I had to go back home, cancel the return, then file another return, just to get another drop off location 😒. I think, they are just too lazy to do what they advertised!!! Not only will I never take a return to that location, I will never shop at that Walgreens either.
Store is supposed to be open until 6pm, no one is in the store at 443pm. The sign stated to be back in 10 minutes. Nope, no one showed. Needed important papers to be sent.
