I had a package ordered on 18 of February 2025. Last update from FEDEX on 21 of February was "Ceasar the driver is on his way" from Temple TX to deliver my package in Killeen, TX (1hr away). No luck at all and already issued a ticket three days ago, and no progress from FEDEX customer service on getting my package, and making a false statement that Ceasar; the driver was on his way to deliver my package that was very important to me.
