am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding a shipment handled by FedEx. I ordered a pair of sneakers from Foot Locker and monitored the shipment regularly. The package progressed through the shipping process until it reached Pennsylvania, at which point I was notified that it had been damaged and would be returned to the sender. The expected delivery date was May 27. However, the package was not delivered due to the reported damage.
