Apparently, if you use a drop off location for FedEx and the people totally mishandle your package, FedEx customer service won't do anything about it. I had a woman keep my pkg for a month, rip my name off the top of my pkg, then rip it open to look through it and repackage it and THEN send it on its destination, only to be told that I'd have to contact the place again to complain to the manager.
