My son’s cancer medicine was to be delivered Friday and got an update that it would be Monday.He has been out of meds for 5 days.Supposed to be next day delivery but now it will be 5 days
Convenient location
We have been in contact with customer service several times (5 to 6 times)about our package not being delivered. I understand that our address is too new to show up on Google maps but we provided detailed directions and a phone number but the driver always just returns the package. I'm DONE with FEDEX. Their customer service is less than helpful and their drivers are apparently incompetent.
