Came to drop off my box I have the qr code to get my fedex label, but workers will not help you if you come without a label printed and taped up box, she explained that their just a "drop off", they dont help anyone farther then that. they do not have supplies for people who's dropping off their package. Told me to go to the fedex print and ship store for that type of help. Which was closed at the time, that's why ended up at this location as my last hope.. but failed. Fedex drivers leave packages on wrong address all the time. they dont care if its street or plane. Terrible service.
Juan and the entire staff are wonderful at the Hialeah store 595 W. 49th Street, Hialeah, FL. They are so helpful and courteous!! I love going to this FedEx store. They give you all your options so you can select what is best for you. Thank you again!
