Terrible delivery company. No regards to anyone’s product. Items show up damaged.
The driver who delivers at 6500 Lake Gray Blvd Jax fl is definitely stealing packages. His apartment number may be 1215 at the same address. He stole a package today 02/08/25 n took a fussy picture not showing my apartment number or mat. I already received a refund but this isn’t the first time n fed ex doesn’t give a dam they told me too contact the merchant n I did. Stop the theft.
They always have the best service! Their people are great, super nice and helpful. You can get your label printed there if you don’t have a printer at home, all the express boxes are free. The store is kept clean and organized!
