I don't know if this is the office that delivers my packages but at this point I don't care. FedEx makes it absolutely impossible to file a complaint. I have tried to file a complaint regarding FedEx deliveries, the online form does not work, and customer service on the phone is useless. In early July I called FedEx customer service to complain about the items delivered, being left in the middle of the stairwell blocking.
