I needed a FedEx envelope. Walgreens didn’t have one. The employee went to his office and got me a plain envelope to send paperwork.
They do not answer calls !!!!
Packages are always late, delayed. Online tracking doesn't give specific information especially to the virtual chat .... Sad case of a package delivery company. I wish companies would switch to someone other than FedEx
