Tried to do a fedex return but my box of brake parts was too heavy. They politely explained there was a weight limit then proceeded to help my find a location that would work. Great employee service.
I live in the country where nothing is close. Dollar General is supposed to be a Fedex drop off location but not if you have anything bigger than an envelope. I wasted 45 minutes rounnd trip to find out they wouldn't accept the package.
