I needed a physical reciept for an important package. Apparently this location doesn't offer paper receipts for shipping, just a text message. Why can't you give me a physical reciept? Postal Annex, UPS, FedEx, USPS, mailboxes etc all give you a reciept. This one doesn't. They seem fast and efficient otherwise.
