I ordered a phone from samsung.. I needed this fed-ex to drop it off and get a receipt. It's different lines for different things.. I didnt know the lady ask what I was here to do .. drop and box off and get a receipt.. its a table where u scan the box 📦 and ur ticket prints out in front of u .. express line .. nice and easy .. great working on explaining the different lines .. super helpful
