FedEx in itself is a strong well run company except when it comes to their delivery procedures to apartment complexes for Elder, Senior Citizens. And they're not the only company doing it. The delivery drivers seem to forget that many residents in these places are up in their age, some have difficulties getting around, some have aides to help.
