For the past two weeks, FedEx drivers have been leaving our packages at the very end of our driveway, sitting directly in the snow. This is completely unnecessary—our driveway is always plowed and easily accessible. As a result, packages frequently arrive damaged, with holes in the boxes and merchandise banged up inside. Fedex delivered my package which is a case of beverages to the wrong address in 7° weather. When contacted, they respond without urgency. Acted like its not a big deal and I should go ask my neighbors.
