No one would help us get our large heavy package into the store. 2 homeless guys actually carried it in for us! Then they wouldn't give me change to tip them. I heard one employee say I'm not lifting that!
Great customer service and completed transaction fast.
Worst customer service ever with one of the worst employees I've ever encountered in this area. It was so bad that I contacted the corporate office. I highly recommend finding a different option for mailing FedEx packages. This employee is a Walgreens store employee, so you'll have to deal with him for store service too. He's a horrific example for what service should look like. So you might want to skip this store altogether.
