Had a package drop-off for FedEx. I wasn't in a hurry so I don't mind waiting until someone notices me. To my surprise I get a welcome greeting and great customer service (with a smile to add). The friendly lady Cece definitely should be getting a raise or use that amazing customer service where a company appreciates her skills. Thank you.
There was a line and one person taking packages. They had people that could have helped. Otherwise all good.

Fed ex staff was very helpful. However Fed ex was grossly overpriced for 2 envelopes with two letters. $136.00, from west to east of the usa. 😡
