Just brought the original box and they printed the label very convenient
Went into this location to drop off an already paid for label. The lady was so rude and said “ you need to have that all ready” I asked if she had a single piece of tape to just seal the bag. She said in the rudest tone” we don’t supply anything. You can purchase tape” I said everything is already done, I need one piece of tape for a plastic bag, I don’t want to spend 10 in a roll of tape” she said “we aren’t taking it” and kept repeating herself. Always fast, couteous,efficient service. I have used this location for several years... convenient...and my tax man really got my taxes in two days as promised!
Went to ship something already in a box with a FedEx account number as instructed for an rma. They refused because we didn’t have a QR code and need a few inches of packing tape. Postal Annex is right down the road and friendly.
