Had two packages. One had a bar code on it. There was no problem with that. The other one I just had an address. They cannot take packages like that and cannot print out the label so you can mail it from there. I was asked to go elsewhere.
Cannot contact customer service about options obviously not available online. I don't need a stupid automated robot to answer dumb questions, otherwise I wouldn't call. No option to get through, terrible service because there is no service
