I've never encountered such incompetence in my life. The people here do not understand basic things about printing documents. Words like "dimensions", "units", and "A0 size" completely befuddle them. To make matters worse, they act unprofessional and confrontational rather than trying to learn something new from a customer willing to coach them.
The best mailing service ever have, the lady is so helpful and patient.
