My experience at FedEx was excellent. The store was very busy when I visited, but the staff still managed to stay professional, patient, and very friendly with everyone. Even under pressure, they were helpful, respectful, and worked quickly to assist customers. You can really tell the employees work hard and deserve great things for the effort they put in every day — definitely more than just a paycheck.
