The drivers for this facility are irresponsible. I have had packages left in ridiculous places, in the rain, etc. Packages will be on the truck for delivery, but the driver does not deliver the package and will take it back to the facility where it will sit for days. Customer service for FedEx is not helpful at all. I cringe every time I see that a company uses FedEx because of the horrible delivery service.
