I don't know how Fedex stays in business. I sent a package with them and insured it. The package didn't arrive and after a lot of investigation I determined that it had been "damaged and discarded." (Their exact words.) I know exactly what happened; the contents were valuable and I declared what they were. So one of their employees stole it. They just said it was "damaged and discarded." FedEx is the worst delivery company in existence. Horrible service record. UPS is far superior. FedEx is the Taco Bell of Mexican food…it exists but shouldn’t.
