Everyone was very helpful and polite
I don't know how Fedex stays in business. I sent a package with them and insured it. The package didn't arrive and after a lot of investigation I determined that it had been "damaged and discarded." (Their exact words.) I know exactly what happened; the contents were valuable and I declared what they were. So one of their employees stole it. They just said it was "damaged and discarded."
