The lack of packaging products for returns makes no sense. I understand they're a drop-off and pick-up location, but they should anticipate that customers will need to purchase boxes or packaging materials especially for fragile items. I have little patience for businesses that do things halfway and then make excuses instead of providing a practical service.

For the past 4 days FedEx has been telling me that my package will be arriving at my house. I checked the location and I’m so curious on why it went to indianapolis to my city, BACK to indianapolis???? I’ve been waiting for 8 days now for something that has been supposedly supposed to be at my house for 4 days straight.
