I am absolutely livid with the service I received from FedEx. I ordered a piece of furniture that came in two packages. One arrived, but the second one was listed as "out for delivery." After waiting all day, I called customer service, only to be told that the package had been sent back to the warehouse for no reason, and there was no explanation as to why.
