The gentleman was very kind. It seems like a one stop shop. It was my first visit as I just moved to the area. Im going back to check it out agsin.
Great customer service! The owner/supervisor was extremely kind, took the time to listen, and helped me get exactly what I needed. Drop-offs here are super smooth and convenient!
The lack of packaging products for returns makes no sense. I understand they're a drop-off and pick-up location, but they should anticipate that customers will need to purchase boxes or packaging materials especially for fragile items. I have little patience for businesses that do things halfway and then make excuses instead of providing a practical service.
Went to drop off my package and no one to take it
