They didn't offer the envelopes saying I'd have to purchase my own stationary from Walgreens before mailing it. If it's fedex why he a regular package??
The guy working was very helpful and super nice.
This place is awful but it's the only one in Falcon, they have new trainees that never know anything there to help, it's better just to go into Colorado Springs to find when they can help you.
A very young girl helped me. Us together got it figured out. She really did a good job.
