Very rude customer service
While there is a counter offering the FedEx package pickup, there was no one there to scan the package. When someone finally came over to scan the package, they were unable to operate the equipment and after five minutes I was sent home with my package. FedEx needs to open an actual facility in this area as the nearest FedEx Office location is too far yet the only FedEx location worth going to around here.
