Drop off location is INSIDE safeway at guest services. Very friendly service
INSIDE SAFEWAY STORE @ CUSTOMER SERVICE. Offering pick up and drop off. They scan your pre-printed/labeled package in or out and email or text your receipt. Only headache might be a lengthy service line from returns, Western Union, lottery, alcohol, and Rug Doctor customers. Mine was mighty quick cause there was no line!
