Despite the bad reviews, I had a great experience here! A nice employee quickly scanned my pre-labeled package and it went out the next day.
No employee know what to do or how to process fedex shipment. I was too scared to drop off my important documents😖
I don’t know who is running the FedEx kiosk at this location, they probably aren’t doing any staff training, because they don’t even know how to accept a drop off package. They couldn’t figure out how to print out a shipping label even with the barcode provided. I had to take my package to a UPS store instead.
