Showed up at my house. Didn't leave my package. Showed up at an old lady's house 20 miles away in a different city and county and left my stuff at her house. The old lady was nice enough to drive all the way to me to bring it to me. Fed-Ex, more like Fed-Up. Yalls delivery drivers suck. No accountability. No respect. That David guy needs fired.

70-80% of packages delivering from Georgetown never arrive on the date in Frankfort. It's ridiculous how bad this office sucks. One recent package missed daily scheduled deliveries for over two weeks.
I would give zero stars if I could. I really wish corporate would come in a do something about this! Here goes.. #1 i ordered a couple of heavy, big items (gaming chair, computer desk) and several small items. Those of which, even i, a small stature female could lift. It sat at the georgetown location for TWO MONTHS until I broke down and drove the hour there, 3 days before xmas (bc they were gifts) and got the damn stuff myself. #2 the fedex driver ran over my mailbox and left.
