I had previously given FedEx a few one star reviews because my packages kept being delivered at the end of my driveway in the grass and getting rained on and damaged. I would have to complete FedEx's job for them and run down to the end of my driveway, often in the rain, with a hurt arm, to retrieve a package before it got soaked. There was one small package that had sat down there all weekend throughout storms and couldn't be seen in the grass. I have no idea what's wrong with Georgetown FedEx. Every other companies drivers are great, follow delivery instructions. Every single time I get a FedEx package though it's left at the end of my driveway in the grass. I get packages covered in bugs, wet from rain, sometimes damaged. I have called customer service and lodged a complaint 3 times about this but nothing changes. I made sure my delivery settings said front porch, still no. I'd get it if I had a long difficult driveway or something but I don't. I even have a turn... read more
