They can't locate my tracking
A month ago I filed a claim because their drive continues to deliver our packages to the wrong address. I was suppose to get a follow up with the claim. I never received one. When I called them to follow up I was told that they could only look items up by tracking number even though I had given the my email address and phone number. I don't have an issue with ups, they can at least deliver to the right address.
