it was quick and easy
I had to mail a return. Everything went smooth. The hardest part was finding a FedEx to print lables.
FedEx told me to bring my package here, when I arrived they denied my return saying my box was too big. When it clearly wasnt. They should be evaluated.
Why did they give a phone number? If you can’t talk to a real person and the automated operator can’t understand what you’re saying then instead of giving you a real person they just hang up on you and tell you to call back later how was that customer service or helpful
