The worst customer service you will ever have to deal with. Incompetent drivers who don't know how to read an address and a computer system that has no idea when they are open or have a driver available

Wish there was a minus stars option. Most unreliable service out there. Email received said package arriving before noon. Didn't arrive. Then update on tracking said arriving before end of business day. Didn't arrive. Next day says delayed, no updates. I stress whenever anyone sends me packages from fed ex because many times they don't deliver the package to the right address. I think the drivers toss packages out their truck door while driving 30 miles an hour within a 20 mile radius of where package is to be delivered.
