Bad customer Service
Lazy ass people refused to take my packages which were within the weight and size limits because “we dont have room”. Garbage customer service. Well don’t offer the service if you’re not willing actually provide it.
The fed ex drop off counter wouldn’t print labels (despite the fed ex web site claiming that any drop off location can print labels). The alarm at the door was going off spontaneously every 60 seconds. And lastly, there’s a curb that juts out right at the turn into the parking lot that I’m clearly not the only one who has scratched my car on
My first time to ship a 📦. Very fast but had to wait for the store attendant for 5 mins to finish his call. Got short changed too, had to go back for a $1 coz it's not my money!
