So rude and unprofessional staff! Zero help and communication! I sent my mom to return some items from temu. She showed them the label and the refused to take it saying that she has to pay first. Next day my mom came again and they took just 3 items and for some reason sent her to the UPS for the last item. On the phone he was very rude and arguing all the time at the ens he refused to talk with me. And also he told me that it is not his job to explain anything. Very bad service!
