Brought heavy package in and had taped label so it wouldn’t scan. Instead of sending me off Edward went to great lengths to reprint my label and saved me a whole lot of trouble. Really appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Got a delivery was delivered to the wrong address completely no idea what's going on now put in a complaint and still no idea of what's going on with my order to this moment saying they made a report and will investigate but no idea and no help as of yet
It's a joke of a FedEx. They don't take certain types of things. In my case it was because it was electronic in nature. If I could've given them 0 stars I would have.
