I was excited that there was a fedex outlet here, but there was insufficient staffing, and no mailers/shipping FedEx envelopes available to answer questions, etc. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the package, as it was severely time dependent that it get delivered asap. Probably because they had just opened for the day after a weekend.
VERY LAZY!! Stipulation for drop off state no boxes over 55lbs, I went to this location today with 3 boxes, 2 boxes weighing 35 lbs and one box 45lbs. They would not weigh the boxes just straight up refused them because they could not lift them. Strongly sugget DO NOT GO HERE. Very rude and do not want to do threir job. Horrible customer service!
