Very rude staff. Told me I have to have a box while return instructions clearly said just drop the item off. This is ridiculous. What a waste of time with this bs.
Nice service but a so overstated price . I paid 35 dollars for a little cardboard box to put my tablet in and send it ....
Customer service ...above and beyond. 35th and 57th st locations in Chicago.
Really bad service , they don’t take passport pictures , and the copy machine doesn’t work !!!
