The service here is really slow. Either they’re understaffed or their associates are really slow. Also when I dropped off a FedEx package, the associate told me that I will get the receipt when the package has been picked up fedex. This makes no sense. What if it gets stolen and never gets scanned by FedEx? How could I prove I dropped it off? Once I replied YES to the text message, the receipt was texted to me. It’s obvious the staff needs training.
