Terrible. Customer service number is a robot and when you asked to get transferred to a rep it hangs up on you. Website crashes, slow, and is unresponsive. They stole $5 from me when I requested to reschedule a delivery to the afternoon. On the website said my request could not be completed but then my card got charged $5. Updated and refreshed the website and still same delivery time. FedEx is by far the worst delivery service out there.
I left special delivery instructions and they weren't followed my delivery was left outside and nobody was home. 🤬
