The customer service at this store has gone down hill which is so sad, because Ive never had any issues with anyone. everyone there including Alfredo is always so helpful and nice.. but this employee, DESTINY is her name,Very hostile and rude. Even yelling at me. I think even her coworkers were shocked at her behavior, she had some family members who were there also yelling and screaming. Helpful staff Self serve copy/ fax/ print
I printed wedding programs and a seating chart at this location and just wanted to highlight the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. It’s been roughly a month so I might be remembering wrong, but I believe Jaron was the name of the person who helped me and he was awesome! The programs and seating chart turned out lovely. I will return for any printing needs in the future.
