Just wanted to write specifically about the FedEx OnSite location. While you can definitely drop off your package, you have to have a label. Whatever the return "message" you received about Fedex taking care of everything said, disregard it. Apparently, this onsite doesn't have the equipment to print those kind of labels (which is kind of ridiculous). Horrible. This location can't scan a QR code for returns. They need an RMA number which sellers don't often provide. Wasted my time going here. Don't go here if you are returning something from a store like Walmart or Target.
FedEx not “OnSite” 1. At 1:30pm. Waited for 5min then finally someone appeared, on a call with earbuds all the time 2. They don’t even have Fedex envelops to use or have any to sell. Just grab random inferior envelops in Walgreen and saying you can buy and use. Might be okay to pickup and mail with your own boxes/envelops I guess, but service… Should’ve picked a FedEx center, though it’s farther
