UNBELIEVABLE IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PRE ORDER ALREADY LONG AND NOW FEDEX'S SHIPPING END OF DAY JUST DISAPPEARED AND NOW NO NEW UPDATES I DON'T KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE IS GOING TO DELIVER. THIS COMPANY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST TIMING IN DELIVERIES, BECAUSE OF MY ITEMS AND WHERE I PURCHASED I CANNOT CHANGE THE CARRIER, BUT I CAN CHANGE WHERE I BUY MY PRODUCTS FROM SO THEY DON'T USE FEDEX FOR DELIVERY AT ALL....... ANOTHER PERSON WHO WAITED FOR THEY'RE PACKAGE ALL DAY A TALE OLD AS TIME!
As others have shared, very poor customer service. Rude staff and their FedEx was “full” early in the day. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
Tried to drop of an already labeled box. Was refused to accept the package because "they're FULL". HIGHLY disappointed.
