Tried to drop off a FedEx package for return. Went in and was told it’s too big to drop off. Said there was no place for them to store it before FedEx could pick up. Online only states not over 50lbs. The package was 25 lbs. 34x34x3 was the size.
Walked in with a 48lb box, prelabeled… greeted and asked it’s for FedEx, replied yes, they took it and set it in the floor, and said thank you…. So very simple, so very polite…. The complete opposite of the excuses and refusal that Walgreens down the street gave to drop off this box.
Great company for delayed package was month or 2 before I got my package from olive branch ms. And customer service was zero help
