This location always delays my package. Whenever my shipment go through this location you can guarantee it will be delayed 100 % I don't understand why but it always does. I have no problem with driver just taking extra long to process. I wish they have better system so it doesn't take extra days of holding period.
Straight stole my package brand new phone for my daughter it was moving until it got to this place. One it got to sparrows point. It totally stopped moving. Nobody knows anything had to go through the whole stolen phone process don’t get anything of value shipped here they will steal it
Package was delayed more then 3 days delivery drivers never showed up and no updated info on if Package was delivered it was still at the factory and no help from 5 out 6 people with s solution
Absolute liars, how can you take a photo of the inside of your car and say a delivery attempt was made. I was standing on the porch in the cold all day. Nobody came to my door! I have no attempted delivery tag or anything. Then when I call to file a complaint you tell me I’ll get it tomorrow before the end of the day . HOW CAN I GET ANYTHING WHEN YOUR DRIVER DIDNT EVEN GET OUT THE CAR. There wasn’t even a fedex vehicle anywhere nearby
My package has been out for delivery for seven days still nothing. Now I’m gonna call to find out what the hell happened. Fed-ex is the absolute worst shipping company on the planet! I requested a refund for not receiving my item!
