Fedex is the most unprofessional and disorganized shipping company I have ever worked with! I receive packages from other shipping companies that deliver from different continents faster and in better condition. In fact, I actually receive them! I'm sure the Sparrows Point Fedex location damaged my package, or someone there stole it. I don't understand how you can "lose" a 130lb bed frame! Lost my package and after I got off the phone with customer service i was told to contact the seller. As soon I got off the phone the package was marked as delivered three days prior. I don’t know how this place is still open
Have someone who can understand English to answer the phone!
