There delivery driver come yesterday to deliver a package. He hands the package out thru the window ( instead of getting out to deliver it ). Then he drives he's truck thru my back yard leaving ruts in my yard & drives out my neighbors driveway. I've called the company & filed a complaint with them. Asking for a member of management to call me. But haven't heard anything from them. I guess they don't care what there delivery drivers do along as they make the delivery.
The female drive that delivers in my area is rude she never knocks on door or puts packages on porches or in safe place.. she threw 800 if my kids x mas on top of car and in yard and just left ... this always happens . 🙄 will never order anything wear fedex delivers again
My package arrived today and was delivered to the back of my husband’s truck, I would’ve never known it was there if he hadn’t found it extremely disappointed in your delivery system
