If i could give 0 stars I would . HORRIBLE customer service and rude associate.
The employee told me she couldn't accept my package because the "cart was too full", even though there was clearly space in the area. That's not a good enough reason to deny service. Get a bigger cart.
Apparently there are box size limitations for FedEx packages at this location. Too bad that info isn’t mentioned anywhere so people with larger items don’t go through the trouble of unloading from their car just to be told they don’t accept it.
