This is not a FedEx Office or full service shipping center - this is just for dropping already labeled packages or holding packages shipped to you. AT&T returns can only go to FedEx OFFICE locations (or UPS stores).
It’s not a fedex onsite…they just accept items fully labeled and ready to send
This is not a true drop off site. Had a prepaid FedEx that their scanner couldn’t scan.
