Anyone who needs a package delivered on time, probably best to choose USPS or UPS. FEDEX IS NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE. Also anyone dealing with the constant late and delayed packages for no reason (not weather or anything else, its underataffing their warehouses) might be better off doing complaints with the BBB instead of fedex, they usually stop responding or take no accountability.
