Dont bother using this place for your fedex services. The manager at this store had one of the employees tell me she’s was going to throw my special Needs child’s life sustaining medical equipment in The dumpster if I kept getting his supplies sent there. They advertise fedex access point service that’s why I had packages sent there. Instead of telling me they no longer do this what the Manager had the employee at the photo service desk inform me. Trash behavior !!!!!
Don’t waste your time.
The person delivering packages are not putting them where they should go. 3 packages are missing as they are being left at the first apt. In the front of the complex The numbers on the front apts facing the street does not show the same numbers as the back. Any contact for those apps are not possible. They never answer their doors day or night. The apts. facing the street PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER BEFORE LEAVING ANYTHING THERE. THE PACKAGES WI DISAPPEAR NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN.
