The lady that helped me was a bit rude and got irritated because I didn't have a bar code to scan. I just lost my job and was returning my work equipment. I was already stressed and emotional and her rudeness did not make things any better. This was after going to 3 other locations beforehand. Very disappointed in your customer service.
